Musical Theatre Productions will hold it's Annual General Meeting on July 26, 2010, 7:30pm, at the Needham Reception Centre, 513 Queen's Avenue. All members are encouraged to attend.

All members of Musical Theatre Productions, who are in good standing, are welcome to attend these meetings and vote on the issues at hand. Non-members may purchase memberships at the door ($25 for a 12-month period) on the evening of the meeting. It is at this meeting that the members are presented with the previous year’s financial statements along with a statement of the financial position for the month end immediately preceding the date of the meeting.

The President presents an Annual Report and the Board provides the assembly with information on any major situations that have occurred during the previous year along with an outline of its future plans. An election is held to fill any vacancies that exist on the Board of Directors at the time.
