title=Nine:The Musical

Nine: The Musical - MTP’s March 18 - 27, 2010 spring musical is pure visual MAGIC, LAUGHTER, FUN and PASSION with a brand new creative team who have a new, fresh approach to an old gem that will soon be world famous. Nine, the 1982 Tony Award Winner for Best Musical and 2003 Tony Award Winner for Best Revival will also be released as a feature film this fall with a all-star cast. Nine is definitely one of the best pieces of musical theatre to come out of the ’80s. London Brickenden Award winners Donald D’Haene (for Best Musical Production) and Dariusz Korbiel (for Best Director and Best Production) have joined forces to stage a show that will leap from the stage into the hearts of the audience. Tickets to Nine now on sale!

Now Accepting Proposals

Musical Theatre Productions (MTP) is a volunteer-run, registered charity providing opportunities for participation in all aspects of full scale, community musical theatre productions. As an organization we produce two performances annually.

MTP is currently inviting Production Proposals for either our Fall 2010 or Spring 2011 show. While the Fall show has traditionally been a selection from Gilbert & Sullivan, at this time we are entertaining all submissions for either production slot.

For more information on proposing a show please email mwilson@musicaltheatreproductions.ca for a proposal package.
