Musical Theatre Productions will hold it's Annual General Meeting on July 26, 2010, 7:00pm, at the Convergence Centre, 999 Collip Circle in The University of Western Ontario Research Park. All members are encouraged to attend.
All members of Musical Theatre Productions, who are in good standing, are welcome to attend these meetings and vote on the issues at hand. Non-members may purchase memberships at the door ($25 for a 12-month period) on the evening of the meeting. It is at this meeting that the members are presented with the previous year’s financial statements along with a statement of the financial position for the month end immediately preceding the date of the meeting.
The President presents an Annual Report and the Board provides the assembly with information on any major situations that have occurred during the previous year along with an outline of its future plans. An election is held to fill any vacancies that exist on the Board of Directors at the time.
At the meeting we will be holding elections for membership on the Board of Directors. If you are interested in running for a position please e-mail Matthew Wilson at president@musicaltheatreproductions.ca.
